Delegates List

In accordance with subclause 7.7 of the JTC 1 Directives (5th edition), each SC 29 member shall send the SC 29 Secretariat and the host contact a Delegates list showing the names and employers of their representatives and also the name of the head of delegation by 2009-03-27.

    Contributions

    In accordance with subclause 7.8 the JTC 1 Directives (5th edition), the SC 29 members are requested to submit their contributions to the plenary meeting to the Secretariat by 2009-03-27.

    Meeting Place:

    All meetings will be held at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa.

    Registration:

    Each delegate/representative is requested to register to host. All registrations have to be made online.

    Facilities fee:

    Facilities fees for WGs and SC 29 meetings are as follows.
    Facilities fee includes:
    • meeting rooms with wireless Internet access, A/V equipment and power plugs
    • daily continental breakfast, two coffee breaks and the Wednesday evening social
    • a dedicated, staffed registration and information desk

    NOTE: individuals ONLY attending the SC 29 Plenary meeting will not be charged the Facilities fee.

    You will receive your name badge upon check-in at the MPEG/JPEG & SC 29 Registration and Information Desk. Your name badge is required for admittance into meeting rooms, breakfasts and breaks, the computer room and the social event during the WGs meeting.

    From Kuhului Airport head southwest on Keolani Place toward Haleakala Highway/HI-39A.
    Turn left onto Dairy Road/HI-380 S. Continue to follow HI-380 S.
    Turn left onto Honoapiilani Highway/HI-30 S. Continue to follow HI-30 S.
    Turn left onto Kaanapali Parkway.
    Make a U-turn at Kekaa Drive onto Kaanapali Parkway.
