Approval of Project
In accordance with Resolution 11.1.1 taken at the 87th SC 29/WG 11 meeting, 2009-02-02/06, Lausanne, Switzerland (ref. SC 29 N 10063), and subclause 12.2.7 of the JTC 1 Directives (5th edition), the SC 29 Secretariat issued the NP ballot (ref. SC 29 N 10206), and the NP met the criteria (ref. SC 29 N 10458). The Disposition of Comments report is in SC 29 N 10638.

CD Registration and CD Consideration
In accordance with Resolution 11.4.1 taken at the 87th SC 29/WG 11 meeting, 2009-02-02/06, Lausanne, Switzerland (ref. SC 29 N 10063), the SC 29 Secretariat issued the combined CD registration and CD consideration ballot (closing date: 2009-06-23). The result of the ballot on the CD registration is: Approval (14), Disapproval (2), Abstention (4), no vote (4), and CD consideration: Approval (14), Disapproval (2), Abstention (4), no vote (4) (ref. SC 29 N 10461). The Disposition of Comments report is in SC 29 N 10643.

In accordance with Resolution 9.4.1 taken at the 89th SC 29/WG 11 meeting, 2009-06-29/07-03, London, UK (ref. SC 29 N 10533), the SC 29 Secretariat circulated the accompanying text for 2nd FCD ballot.
