Approval of Project
In accordance with Resolutions 11.1.1 and 11.2.1 taken at the 89th SC 29/WG 11 meeting, 2009-06-29/07-03, London, UK (ref. SC 29 N 10533), WG 11 requested for approval of this project as a subdivision (ref. SC 29 N 10495), and SC 29 approved the proposal (ref. SC 29 N 10684).

CD Registration and CD Consideration
In accordance with Resolutions 11.1.1 and 11.2.1 taken at the 89th SC 29/WG 11 meeting, 2009-06-29/07-03, London, UK (ref. SC 29 N 10533), the SC 29 Secretariat issued the combined CD registration and CD consideration ballot (closing date: 2009-10-18). The result of the ballot on the CD registration is: Approval (16), Disapproval (0), Abstention (6), no vote (2), and CD consideration: Approval (16), Disapproval (0), Abstention (6), no vote (2) (ref. SC 29 N 10698).

FCD
In accordance with Resolution 11.1.1 taken at the 90th SC 29/WG 11 meeting, 2009-10-26/30, Xian, China (ref. SC 29 N 10726), the SC 29 Secretariat circulated the accompanying text for FCD ballot.
