Approval of Project
In accordance with Resolution 32 taken at the 40th SC 29/WG 1 meeting, 2006-11-06/10, Jeju Island, Republic of Korea (ref. SC 29 N 7966), WG 1 requested for approval of this project as a subdivision (ref. SC 29 N 7972), and SC 29 approved the proposal (ref. SC 29 N 8238).

CD Registration and CD Consideration
In accordance with Resolution 14 taken at the 48th SC 29/WG 1 meeting, 2009-04-20/24, Maui, Hawaii, USA (ref. SC 29 N 10279), the SC 29 Secretariat issued the combined CD registration and CD consideration ballot (closing date: 2009-09-04). The result of the ballot on the CD registration is: Approval (13), Disapproval (2), Abstention (7), no vote (2), and CD consideration: Approval (13), Disapproval (2), Abstention (7), no vote (2) (ref. SC 29 N 10629). The Disposition of Comments report is in SC 29 N 10845.

FCD
In accordance with Resolutions 22 and 24 taken at the 50th SC 29/WG 1 meeting, 2009-10-26/30, Xian, China (ref. SC 29 N 10721), the SC 29 Secretariat circulated the accompanying text for FCD ballot.

ALL LETTER BALLOT SHOULD BE RETURNED TO THE SC 29 SECRETARIAT BY THE DUE DATE INDICATED ABOVE. PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT THE SC 29 SECRETARIAT DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY LATE BALLOTS.
