Delegation List
In accordance with subclause 7.7.5 of the JTC 1 Directives, each SC 29 member shall send the SC 29 Secretariat and the host contact a Delegation list showing the names and employers of their representatives and also the name of the head of delegation by 1997-02-24.

Each representative is requested to register at the SC 29 Secretariat and the host contact by 1997-02-24.

8 Contributions

In accordance with subclause 7.8.1 of the JTC 1 Directives, the SC 29 members are requested to submit their contributions to the plenary meeting to the Secretariat by 1997-02-24.
When a SC 29 member submits a late contribution, he or she should present to the Secretariat prior to the meeting a sufficient number of copies appropriate for the size of the meeting.
