  • FACILITIES FEE

    Delegates are requested to contribute JPY 40,000 (approximately US$330), facilities fee assessment. In accordance with the JTC 1 Directives, the facilities fee will cover expenses associated with meeting rooms, photocopying, computer facilities, meeting supplies, morning and afternoon coffee, and social event.

    No advance payment is required. Payment in Japanese Yen (JPY) by cash and credit cards listed below are accepted:

    No personal check nor traveler's check is acceptable. Please pay the fee at the same time in registration.

    1. Kansai International Airport — (Limousine bus) → Higashiura Interchange — (taxi) → Awaji Yumebutai
